Ingredients: Gluten-free flour (brown rice flour, tapioca starch, white rice flour, potato starch, sorghum flour, arrowroot starch, guar gum, sweet rice flour, rice bran), sugar, bittersweet chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, milk fat, soy lecithin - an emulsifier, vanilla and may contain milk), brown sugar, butter (pasteurized cream milk, salt), semi-sweet chocolate (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin - an emulsifier, vanilla), pecans, oats (whole-grained rolled), eggs, sweetened, flaked coconut (coconut (tree nuts), sugar, water, propylene glycol for freshness, salt and sodium metabisulfite for whiteness), vanilla extract, xanthan gum, baking soda, salt.

While made with only gluten free ingredients and created in separate equipment, the cookies are prepared in a facility that produced gluten-based products.
